This 3 night-4 day retreat has been carefully curated based on the traditional yogic concept of Yātrā.- a period of time dedicated to retreat from daily life and focus on self-study, self-care and spiritual practice. The Ritual retreat will offer you the opportunity to completely disconnect from the activities of modern, daily life and immerse you in yoga, meditation, silent walking, dharma teachings, sound healing, solitude and extended periods of silence. Everyday you will begin your mornings with silence and meditation and enjoy a steady and slow rhythm as we move through the retreat program. You will be nourished with delicious Ayurvedic meals and be give plenty of opportunities to enjoy periods of solitude and reflection. In the afternoon there will be educational lectures on Ayurveda and the option to receive treatments including massage and acupuncture treatments. Our aim with the retreat is to offer you the opportunity, time and space to reconnect and centre yourself in a supportive and rejuvenating setting. Upon completion of the retreat you will leave feeling nourished, physically, mentally and spiritually. You also have gained the tools you need to integrate the techniques of yoga, meditation and contemplation into your daily life, long after the retreat has ended. There are 15 places available.

Day 1:

  • 2.00pm - Check in

Day 2:

  • 6:00am-6:30am - Pranayama and Meditation
  • 6:30am-7:00am - Tea break
  • 7:00am-8:30am - Hatha yoga
  • 8:30am - Breakfast
  • 9:00am-10:00am - Free time
  • 10:00am-1:00pm - Yoga Philosophy with Rose Baudin
  • 1:00pm - Lunch
  • 2:00pm-4:00pm - Silence and Solitude
  • 4:00pm-5:30pm - Sound Healing
  • 5:30pm - Dinner
  • 6:45pm - Meditation and Reflection.


Day 3: Silent 1/2 day

  • 6:00am-6:30am - Pranayama and Meditation
  • 6:30am-7:00am - Tea break
  • 7:00am-8:30am - Hatha yoga
  • 8:30am - Breakfast
  • 9:30am - 12:30pm Silence and solitude
  • 12:30pm - Lunch
  • 1:00pm-6:00pm - Silence and Solitude + Optional treatments
  • 6:00pm - Dinner
  • 6:45pm - Meditation & Reflection


Day 4:

  • 6:00am-6:30am - Pranayama and Meditation
  • 6:30am-7:00am - Tea break
  • 7:00am-8:30am - Hatha yoga
  • 8:30am - Breakfast
  • 10.30am - Walking Meditation.
  • 12.30pm - Closing Circle.


nourishing meals

We will be offering nourishing, satvic (balanced) Ayurvedic meals following the basic guidelines for eating according the principles of Ayurveda. All meals will be vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Rose Lamont

Rose is the co-founder of Ritual and the Lead Facilitator of Ritual's 200hr program. Her approach to teaching yoga reflects her respect for and commitment to the ongoing study and practice of Raja and Hatha yoga within the lineage of Krishnamacharya. Rose has been practising for over 15 years and has been teaching for 10. She has completed countless hours of formal yoga, pranayama and meditation training and is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in philosophy, with a focus on metaphysics and existentialism.

Rose Baudin

Rose Baudin has a remarkable background in yoga, having dedicated 50 years to study and practice of yoga. She started her journey in Sri Lanka, where she met her mentor, Swami Gauribala Giri, and became part of the Parampara in 1984. During the 16 years she lived in India she was under the personal guidance of S.N. Goenka (Vipassana), Zen Master Hogenhttps Yamahata, (Soto), Sayadaw U Janaka (Insight Meditation), His Holiness the Dalai Lama (Kalachakra) and Jiddu Krishnamurti. An eclectic education!

On the 25th of we’re offering 10x participants the opportunity to come along for a full day the beautiful Blue Green Sanctuary in Newrybar. This will be a genuine retreat experience that sets the conditions for a full day of mind, body and soul nourishment. The day will be comprised of practising yoga, meditation, pranayama, eating delicious Ayurvedic food, listening to the wisdom of Rose Baudin and enjoying the beauty of nature that surrounds the retreat centre.
